This module focuses on meditation as a state of conscious attention and presence in the here and now. It offers an opportunity to observe thoughts and sensations without judgment, allowing space for a silent and naturally whole state of awareness — undisturbed by the habitual chatter of the mind.
Being immersed in warm water enhances and amplifies the experience. We will use various active meditation techniques, visualisations, and conscious breathing to facilitate a space of mindful presence and inner silence.
